For me it is when people share experiences instead of repeating the same generic advice. A few honest replies from people who have tried something can be more valuable than dozens of comments.
 
It's the only social media platform where people aren't "social." I think people tend to be more honest when their account is anonymous, which leads to more authentic answers instead of generic advice.
 
The best Reddit threads are the ones where people share specific results, lessons learned, and what they’d do differently.
