What low cost Image Editors do you use?

Instagram is an iPhone and Android app that's both a social network and a very cool photo editor. In terms of editing, the only thing you can do is square cropping and applying a variety of retro-style filters

Paint. Seriously, if you know how to use it, for non-fancy, very basic stuff it works remarkably well.
 
If you're looking for low cost or free, then Gimp is definitely the way to go. It has a lot of options and is easy to learn.

If you have the funds, though, I think Photoshop is worth every penny.... I prefer to use free software, too, but I started using Photoshop many years ago and never looked back.
 
I'm loving the Photoshop answer to "What low cost image editors do you use". In the same boat.
 
U will get lots of freeware graphic software in the net, u can easily download it from an net
 
Gimp is the best alternative to photoshop by far and its free, can't get better than that
