What low cost Image Editors do you use?
Gimp. Its the lowest cost there is...free
Photoshop... You can find it anywhere on the Internet free
+1 for Gimp, if you're asking than Gimp has everything you need.
+ for GIMP, no need to look for others.
pixlr. Online photo editor and integrates easily with any browser.
Yeah, GIMP has everything you would normally need and it's free; can't beat that!

Photoshop portable is smaller and no installation required.
Paint.NET is surprisingly good.
just use the built in windows or mac photo editor. FREE and efficient.

For quick viewing, resizing/cropping and small color auto corrections I used a program called Infranview

Photoshop is my first choice ,it's free you can download it from any free ware site.
Next choice GIMP and Photo mania they are also free ,
more over their tutorial too.
