What links should i build for diversity ?

Hello,

I'm still a noob at SEO :P , but what i know that there is 2 types of links that you should build to your moneysite as tier 1 :

1 - Power Links ( such as web 2.0, PBN, Guest Posts....)
2- Supporting Links ( for diversity )

I know that Social Bookmarks are great for diversity but i am affraid that if i build links such as profile links,blog comments ( most of them gets deleted by the admin of the blog ),web directories would hurt my moneysite as they are considered as spam?

So,my question is : what are the links that i should build for diversity ?

You can use Citations,infographics,PR distribution,comments,web 2.0 and many more for diversification.

You should go for PBN links, Must remember content should be niche oriented & high quality. you may try BHW, Digital Point, And fiverr or PM me I can refer some best option for these Best of luck :)
 
Web2.0s, press releases social profiles around the web, maybe even a couple of niche directories (if local).

Blog comments - real moderated ones where you put some time to make them quality.

Forum posts - same as blog comments.
 
Just make sure your good links are pointing at your money site, they are your "Tier 1" links. Then build the lower quality links to your Tier 1, these will be your "Tier 2" links.
 
Good to way to diversify your backlink profile is to run a press release campaign and get some quality no-follow links.
 
Go with web 2.0 and social signal links, they help for diversity.
 
The question should not be what to USE for diversity but what to avoid. I'd avoid forum profiles and wiki links generally. Its fine to have SOME, but getting quality ones tends to be so hard and the spammy ones are horrible. Other than that do your self a favor and find a dictionary and look up the word diversity. Then go get quality links.
 
Every type of link that you can get in your hand. But don't over do it, that is the whole point.
 
You need links that will index, so largely you should be looking for contextual links. Web 2.0s, PDFs, article directories, blogs that will allow you to post an article, that sort of thing works best.

Quality manual blog comments on non spammed blogs are also useful, obviously stay clear of spammed blog comments in your Tier 1.

Just remember that it's easier to get your links indexed when there is actually some content there for Google to index.
 
1 or 2 footer links/blogroll from good sites, profile link on big sites like forbes(.)com and other .edu sites.
 
I know most of you guys are thinking that Diversity links necessarily mean lower quality links.

This may well be true, but I have to warn you guys about using article directory links.

You see, for the longest time, FFA links were used by people for link-building.

They fell out of favor and Google started cracking down on them.

Considering the huge amount of spam links being generated by article directory sites, I think most people would do well to steer clear of building links from these sources.

Consider yourself warned.
 
I would say try to find as many types as you can and make sure they all can index or you are wasting your time. Cheap web2's, bookmarks any type of contextual links. I stick with high pr domains, they tend to index easier. What I do is build about 20 or so from each platform and when I am done making the rounds with all the platforms I start over and do it again... Usually works well. For every 20 I usually get about 15 indexed so I will take that...
 
For diversity you can use any type of links like web 2.0s posts, article posts, blog comments, normal or contextual profiles and image sharing links etc but keep in mind following points:

- try to get small amount of links from every possible source.
- try to get links from average to good authority domains, do not use spamy domains for diversity.
- Use raw urls, generic and LSI keywords as anchor.
- Link velocity is as important as link diversity.

I want to make many web2.0 for diversity + pbn for power links. I found a few pbn service with good reviews, but what is good web2.0 software?
