Adfly (the main one) may have changed its name, as many do not like its rules or the way it delivers its ad links. Other paid shorteners are Shorte.st, Exe.io, or Shrink & Earn.

I know adfly but I never had luck with them. And they don't support Crypto payment.
try clicksfly(dot)com and let me know your experience as far as it offers multiple crypto options including Binance pay

How do short links make money?
just don't use ouo.io at all. I have used bit.ly to check if ouo.io counts correctly. They only collect about 20% of the real clicks.
It can be due to the potential 3 click count internally. Like the same ip clicks more than 3 times of any ouo.io link then they might stop counting that.

These type of services pay very low and generally not worth spending time. Focus on long term money making methods that give passive earning.

Unless you're hitting absurd traffic I'm not sure that there is a service that pays enough to justify the time you'd spend looking into it. The absolute highest I've heard people making is around $10-$20 a month with hundreds of thousands of clicks. If you have that kind of traffic then you could prob monetize in other ways.
