so you mean don't use anchor like < ahref =""> ......</a> . but if some website don't give any link to promote my link. so what i do for that time?

We can find in two ways
1. Manual
2. Using tools
Manual (time consuming)
Checking every link manually. There are some tips and guidelines that you may get from google search.
If you have more number of links then it will be difficult to check them manually.
Using tools
You can use tools like Google Webmaster Tools, Bing Webmaster Tools, Ahrefs, MajesticSEO or Open Site Explorer.

It depends on how many links and how much time you have
.If you have less number of links do it manually else go for tools.

Avoid low-quality links sites. Always work in High PA and DA sites and most important work in your niche area.

Yes don't use tools to create links. I suggested those tools only to check the quality of the links.
