what limits do i start with 5-7 year accounts?

hello i got a few 5-7 year accounts
what should the like/folow limit be? what about comment and dm?

i tried 150-250 but it seems it limited a few of my accounts from liking.
is 150-200 for following a good limit to start?

I personally have started with 200-400 and have gone up in increments of 50 a day until I reach 600-800 per day. This has worked for me with aged accounts.

started with 50 with a step of 50 while doing some breaks. for me it worked at the initial stage. very much depends on the pauses between actions

I had an account from 2012. Started with 150; added 50 per day with no problems.

I do exactly the same. This work the best. Just slowly work your way up. Be sure to always warm up your accounts.
