By licensing options I mean the whole package of merchandising/verifying solutions for subscription based software, couldn't find much useful information out there, and lots of SEO tools are with such model, I was wondering what solutions do they use to manage different types of licenses? (e.g. monthly subscription/lifetime etc.)

Thanks for your reply mate. Actually I'm more interested into what merchandising/verifying solutions they use in their software, anyway it gotta be a complicated/expensive one. What do they use in tools like magic submitter/senuke etc.? I noticed they both use 3rd party gateway for checkouts(2CO e.g.), what do they use for license verification and how do you combine everything altogether? I sure don't want to manually activate each one of the buyers like some did, so is there a full package of solutions for all this?

For copy protection and verifying license you need to integrate 3rd party licensing solution to your application software.
There are many such libraries available, both open source and as well paid ones. Here are some of them for .NET framework.

    1. Rhino-Licensing
    2. InstallKey (has open source version as well paid one with support)
    3. CryptoLicensing

Well, I might have to go with neither of those and implement my own license validation system. Developing with .NET just takes way too much time... Still need a good membership/subscription management software though, Amember Pro is good, but I wonder is there any good open source/free options out there?

I doubt it, most of these software packages are security through obscurity.
If you want moderately effective licensing, you need to roll your own custom. (Have chunks of code dynamically downloaded before execution, other weird tricks like that)
