Yeah I agree with this even on other things like shoes or car as well. You pay more but you know its made well and last long.

ahh another arch user, I started with my x230t with arch and now every device I own except my servers is running arch.
 
An asus vivobook max laptop with terribly slow processing speed. I will try to replace it as soon as possible
 
i am using hp series however its all depend on workload what type of work you are doing in your office i do understand some guys love desktop but i don't because of in my country there is electricity load shedding thats why i am using laptop instead of desktop
 
I use dell, they have pretty devices.
It is like macbook just with windows in my opinion

I don't think zbooks are even that expensive, I bet a carpenter spends more on his tools
 
I use an old dell laptop . Work great even if is VERY SLOW ( 1 gb ram and 60 gb HD )
 
I am using Macbook pro, had tried bunch of Windows before that. But after using Macbook, I hardly remember carrying any mouse since then
I do use Samsung Dex sometimes when not coding, which is pretty good for doc editing/ browsing.
And then there is cheap Windows laptop which is used strictly for something that works only on Windows.
 
A mediocre Lenovo. But it's indestructible like the old Nokia phones
 
ASUS - ROG Zephyrus G14, beast of a machine for both work and gaming.
 
In 2018 I move to MacBook, so really hard to go to PC again…
Still using MacBook 2018 15” with touchbar
 
I am all into ipad and will never buy a laptop.

MacBook comes with touchbar? I though Apple remove touchbar and sold it separately?
