Speaking:
Dutch - fluent
English -fluent
Writing:
Dutch - acceptable (It is a VERY hard language to write.)
English -Well enough.(Not native.)
HTML, JS, CSS, vb.net, PHP -Poorly. (Still learning, based on what I need to know to accomplish the task at hand.)
Can understand Fries and Gronings. Bits of German, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
Most importantly I can say "Thank you" in lots of languages. Turned out to be the most useful when offline.
EDIT: I speak "Amsterdams" or Bargoens but it is an almost extinct language.
