What kinds of tools does a Blackhat marketer need these days?

I remember back in the day there were a lot more Blackhat tools available, on BST and guys just used to share apps they made. It was a glorious time, a time before a lot of all the Google updates, a time when before browsers didn't have such tough anti-bot measures. A time before when they used to say, "Content is King!" We could build link farms, we could build entire 20K page websites in a day with shitty, SEO optimized text to get big traffic ... link spamming just worked. It's all changed, BH tools have just went out of style because the only methods they could provide have been effectively nerfed. I'm looking on the Marketplace and on Downloads section now, it's not like before. I remember signing up for this forum just to get at all the cool stuff guys were coding and just sharing for free.

I ask because I'm trying to figure out what kind of tools to make now (why yes, I do vibe code), something that NEEDed that no one else provides. I can easier build a tool that can collect content, prepare content for posting but I don't want to bother with the actual posting part, I'm not ready to deal with the antibot detections regarding that. I'd rather the pros on Marketplace handle all the posting stuff, I can easier scrape and collect data, I can add AI to it etc.

What kind of BH tool is currently missing that no other tool provides? What kind of tool would be helpful as an assist to other BH tools available? Again, I don't want to make a tool that posts content, I can easier gather and scrape data, I can prepare it for a content posting tool, etc. Any suggestions? Anything at all that Marketplace doesn't already cover and could genuinely help.

Any replies and I will tell you honestly if I think it's worth it or if I can even do it at all. Hopefully this thread can inspire other vibe coders to get the Downloads section pumping again. Also take note fellow vibe coders, with vibe coding making compiling C apps is a snap now.

Focus on building smart support tools instead of spam automation. Think about tools like a SERP intent analyzer, decay tracker, internal linking optimizer, or AI content enhancer with better topical relevance. The real edge today is improving relevance, structure, and search intent not mass automation.

if you just want to focus on the data prep side without dealing with the anti-bot posting headaches, you should build an automated entity extraction scraper. basically something that takes a target keyword, scrapes the top 10 serps, pulls all the lsi keywords and nlp entities, and automatically formats them into a perfect system prompt block that we can just feed into our own ai writers or auto-bloggers. the current ai writers are way too generic without hard scraped data backing them up, so a tool that bridges that gap and preps the perfect context window would sell instantly on the marketplace.

Thanks for the replies guys, I have questions for you.

Are you thinking of using any other tools like ahrefs that provide data to work on or are you saying gather up the SERPs results directly themself and running these types searches and tracking them? For topical relevance does the tool need to go to those pages also and analyze them deeper or are SERP data enough? AI content enhancing is a snap, I could even build something like that in.

Would you need for those pages to be scraped up and looked at also more deeply? What do you mean by perfect system prompt and for what kinds of tools or models? I'm a little confused where you're going with that. I mean, I do get collecting up the terms Google likes and rewriting content to fit, I could even build the AI in the app that could write the content and set it up etc.

A question for both of you. Do you mind using free API like serper that gives 100 searches a day? There's a few more, they don't offer as many but if these APIs were stacked up or perhaps behind proxies more accounts could be used for more free searches. Are Bing, Yandex or DudkDuckGo SERPs acceptable too?

As we all know, scraping Google is a pain. I could scrape public proxies but you have the problem with them already blocked or they are from regions' SERPs that wouldn't help you. Buying private proxies doesn't really work as well anymore and would get expensive where it would be better to just use an API to get results all the time, every time.

yeah you definitely want it to scrape the actual body text and h2/h3 tags deeply so it knows exactly how the top 10 structured their articles. by "perfect system prompt" i just mean formatting all that scraped data into a big block of instructions that guys can just paste into chatgpt, claude, or their own autobloggers via api. basically instead of just saying "write an article about dogs", your tool spits out a prompt saying "write an article about dogs, use these 15 semantic keywords, cover these exact subheadings, and make it 1500 words". building the ai directly into your app is cool too but honestly a lot of us already have our own custom generation scripts so just giving us the raw optimized prompt data as an output or webhook would save us hours of manual serp research.

honestly 100 searches a day is way too low if you are running bulk auto-blogging campaigns so adding a feature where we can just plug in an unlimited list of our own free serper api keys with proxy rotation would be absolute gold. as for bing or duckduckgo they are fine for generic ideas but if we are trying to rank on google we really need to be scraping the actual google serps because their nlp and entity relationships are completely different from the other engines.

Alright, I've been cooking this, I've been making it where the app I'm making will look at the top 10 (or more if you wanted) results, it filters out Wikipedia and YouTube type big domains and other domains not worth adding into the analysis. I have to ask though when does a big website want to be included in the analysis?

You said 'How the top 10 ..." I am assuming you mean all of them put together to find out what they all have in common. That is how I'm doing it now, it analyzes all of them and puts the data together to see what they all are doing. Wikipedia and Forbes etc we know why they rank, but is there a line? I am assuming you want to know what the smaller sites are doing so I'm just trying to find those. Most of the sites on the first page are huge websites that I don't think that's what you're competing against, but are there some you want in the batch?

I'll have this done sometime in the next few days, I think you'll like it.

If anyone has proxies and multiple Serper API accounts can you test that those work?

Enjoy, I will help with bug fixes.
