you can find speech software with good voices but not real human natural talking like output.
You have to edit, use different tags to produce a bit human like speech but not completely.
Check out ivona reader, natural reader, etc. You can find them on torrent sites.
I know many people use speech software for these kind of videos.
But those videos you posted are high quality and therefore they can
easily narrate themselves or hire someone to do it, no need to use speech
software.
