What kind of proxy should I put on this software?

RIGHT BOX - What should go there? I don't understand "PORT". What username/password? Where do I get this proxy from? Where would you recommend?

BIG LEFT-CENTER BOX - What is that for? What proxy should I put there? Same as above? Or is this something I load with free ones? From where?

I think that software supports both:

Public free proxies
And
Private proxies with user and password authorization.

basically if you mention or PM me what that software do so i can give you recommendation thanks

You can use any free or private proxy that you have access to. The Host is the ip address like 184.44.98.30 and the port will usually be 4 numbers like 8080. Looks like you can leave the authentication bit un-ticked unless you need to use a username/password to access the proxy.

or you can use private proxies with ip authentication and leave the user and password blank ...
