So I am looking some websites that are sold on Flippa and I researching their backlinks and competition to see how people rank their sites and thing like that and I saw this auction:

Code:
https://flippa.com/132367-200Month-From-Adsense-PR4-Lucrative-Niche-5-Days-Only

It is microniche site, 60 exact searches a day for one keyword with "130000" competition and 90 for other with "240000" and it is in top 10 for both keywords.. and it has around 900 backlinks according to yahoo site explorer... And from that 900 backlinks only few are from unique domains with high PR.. Rest of them are from pages from that domains...

Here is backlinks report:

Are that backlinks from private blog network or he just exchanged links or what?

some are from his own blogs and some seem to be something similar to textlinkads

jbirm, that the links will stay from the other sites I own, that I can guarantee. I own the other high PR sites that link to jetsalescenter.com

Check out the other websites that I sold here.

and it seems to be a domain he bought (probably already was a PR4), then put the current site on it, and bought the text links.
Check the link volume graph at majestic:

Yeah, he definitely started off with a high PR domain name and bought several text links.

It's really weird to see fellow BlachHatters talking about my site. Hehehe.

I sold it last week to a nice fellow and he's asking me about this discussion. To enlighten you guys, I registered the domain myself 2 years ago and of course it was PR0.

I also own and control those other sites linking to it. Some have really high PRs. So, it's really no mystery that it has a PR4. It has links from PR4, PR5 and even PR6 sites.

You all have a nice day!

PS.

I really wouldn't have sold it if I didn't needed some quick cash.
