How can I find out what keywords my site actually ranks for?

No I'm not talking keyword tracking (For that I need to define my keywords first),

I just want to know if there is a way to find out what keywords people are
finding my site under.

Semrush will do that. :)
 
keyword planner, ahrefs, Semrush are the best tools for this, these will surely help you to get the right keywords for your site. pick the keyword having high search volume and medium competition.
 
Google Webmaster Console provides this information as well. It tells you which keywords your website is ranking for and even which position you are ranking with a particular keyword.
 
Google analytics -> behavior -> Site content -> All pages , and see the exact page ppl are accessing your website
 
Ahrefs and SEMrush show the top couple of results for the free accounts. However, if you add your site to the dashboard in Ahrefs, it shows you 10 pages of organic keywords with your approximate traffic. Or use webmaster tools with position option checked off.
 
SemRush, Ahrefs and Google webmaster tools and analytics can be used for finding the 'search queries' for which your website is ranking.
 
Ahrefs is best, but you can also use SEMRush (1 month trial), Moz (2 links per day), SpyFu (Free+Trial)
