What keyword tool is this?

I pay this guy on Fiverr to do a lot of keyword research for me. I'm just wondering if anyone can recognize the report and tell me what program he is using? The reason I ask is because I may as well do this myself.



On another note - I notice his search volume is not from Google (from bing maybe?).

Looks like Stealth Keyword Competition Analyzer

EDIT: The search volume is from Google, you download the report from Adwords Keyword Tool and import it to SKCA.

I do not think the results are from google as I have checked the search volume provided vs google keyword tool.

Might be different local or something, but I am 100% sure those are from Adwords as I am using the same tool among others and that's exactly the same report I am getting. That's how the software works - you download the CSV and load it in the software.
