Hello guys, what keyword research tool do you think has the most accurate metrics that will tell me how hard is it going to be to rank the keyword? I know that in the end I will have to check it manually, just looking for something that will make the process of searching low competition keywords faster.

Definitely, ahrefs is best as far as the keyword research is concerned however its comparatively heavy on pockets too. If you are looking for some free options you may use Google's Keywords Planner or Bing's Keyword Research Tool. Thank you.

Ahrefs. I used semrush for years, and the KC is not so accurate.
But even ahrefs alone is not enough.
I have created with someone else a tool that make the keyword more accurate regarding my needs.

Thanks for your answers guys. I will probably try keysearch, seems that ahrefs is more popular here, but $100 month is little too much for me now.

You can use the free trial of ahrefs, "only" 7$ for 7 days. And you make everything during the 7 days

Ahrefs, although you should ideally only use tools for keyword volume and as an initial difficulty filter. Ahrefs is a bargain considering the amount it does and if you compare it to just a keyword research tool which might costs half the price but not do anywhere as near as what ahrefs does.

For keyword ideas you can try:

  • Keyword shitter
  • Answer the public
A manual check is always the most important factor though as often scores can be wildly wrong.

No tool can give you the exact metrics except your own manual research. But a tool can give you a close idea. Ahref is one of the best tools for me.

All of them are shit right now. I just do intitles with manual checks on backlinks and that's about it.

Guys no one is saying kwfinder?
I thought everyone use kwfinder for kW difficulty?

You can't know that... Just make sure that your competition does not have many links, that's very good sign for a low competition topic/niche

kwfinder for score difficulty.
moz da score.
majestic trust score .
adwords monthly score.
adwords cpc numbers.
ahrefs backlinking info

my opioion

dont forget , all stats can be manipulated, so really there all wrong .....

None has accurate metrics. Any tool metric are used compared to itself to give you an idea the difficulty of keyword...

For example in Ahrefs, if keyword difficulty is 11 and another is 25 ... It's will be harder to rank the 25 compared to the 11 .. However, you need to actually analyse the top ten ranking and their backlinks, over all optimization to know exactly what you gonna need to achieve top spots..

This is why Ahrefs is the only tool I use, as you get good keyword research with the best competition analysis in one place
