Online work does not always show quick results, and some months feel slow despite consistent effort. I'm curious how experienced members stay mentally steady during these phases and avoid losing confidence or quitting before things start moving again.

Would appreciate any real-world perspective.

Hi, my friend!
I completely understand your problem. I’ve been working online myself for over 10 years
The first thing that helps me is working with a psychologist. Yes, it’s not cheap, but it’s absolutely worth it. I’m working through burnout, and it helps a lot
Discipline is also crucial: sleep, food, and a healthy work–life balance. That really matters. When nothing works out, I turn off emotions and focus on processes. I work without expectations, just doing what I have to do, what aligns with my plan - and that helps.

I’m sure you’ll succeed!

As someone who loves seeing quick results, I have to say that the best part is the process, the personal growth, and discovering you're capable of things you never thought possible. IM is great, but it's tough. Not everyone can handle the pressure, and not everyone wants to. I've learned that pressure forges diamonds and hardens them. My mindset has improved over time, and asking myself this question helps me stay grounded: Have you fought so hard to quit now? Is all the effort worth it? If the answer is yes, then everything that follows should be the same: say yes to every opportunity. In this world, opportunities are gold. Build strong connections and enjoy the process.

Remembering why I started and that big breaks come after long, quiet grinds. Keep stacking small wins.

I focus on small wins and data not feelings. Slow months are normal in this game. If nothing breaks I keep going.
