What it takes to create successful Mobile Content Locking Network?

Hi,

I have been thinking about it a lot - can I build successful Mobile Network?

I kinda want to make it my main goal in 2017. I really want to put most of my effort into something great and long term.

Tell me what would be your first things you would do to start out?

At the moment I'm writing business plan to find investor. I also started chatting and networking with people first time in my life. Best decision ever. Everybody have something to say and you won't find this kind of information in forums. IMers are nice people.

And please suggest me some good names for mobile network. Dont troll!

Seems like this threads got lost and nobody dont have anything to say about mobile networks and how to start them. Guys can you tell me is 15k€ enough to start out? 50% for building a website and 50% for marketing. Most of the developing a website and marketing will be done by myself and my partner.
