Greetings...I've been a member here for 1 or 2 years but I've mostly been a lurker...

I'm sure this has been asked a billion times, but how do you get enough points to send PMs <- LoL at "pms"...

But seriously...It says I need 15 points to send a pm...How do I acquire points?
