Web 2.0s is creating a blog like Wordpress. It's free to create and you can make backlinks to your website.

An anchor is the "linktext", which helps Google to determine what search term a linked website should be ranked for. Like this part of the forum should be ranked for blackhat seo <- See that was an anchor/link.

I was a newbie also and I didnt ask stuff like that before trying to search it on the mighty google. It should take you cca 2 mins to find an understand that. Dont be so lazy.
