What is ZeroNet?

I have been wondering how many people over here have heard of ZeroNet.
I want to your opinion about using it to create a torrent website there.
And I have been wondering why people aren't switching to using it instead of a traditional websites, I mean you can't be shut down there, so the only you have to worry about is getting good content on the network
