Do you have a tested video ranking strategy that is safe & won't get videos banned/pulled?

I am thinking of using http://www.tubetoolbox.com/
Is this what you use?

What else should I do that you've proven that works safely & quickly?

Get one GOOD and INTERESTING video to the popular videos of the week or day to get alot of attention and active subscribers and start growing your channel the legit way after to avoid a ban

search for keywords.(create main accounts with same kw to upload videos)
upload videos( with good kw+tags+description)
free views provides softwares to increase views
50 or more youtube accounts to post comments +likes ( with free cracked tools)
then use link building strategies same as for web site ( specially social bookmarking+blog commenting) plus many more which r secrets
