What is your tool to create and manage web 2.0?

Because of web 2.0's changing there sites every so often, i had my own web 2.0 programmed, which created different web 2.0s for me. Needs constant updating but i know for sure it works all the time, once it's updated and i never have to wait for anyone else to update it. Apart from my programmer.

Zenno poster is a good way of building your own web 2.0 bot. Also uberblog creator, which is in the buy sell section. Although i haven't tested this myself, so i can't really comment on that particular software.

Ultimate Demon and SeNuke X are both good and support a lot of platforms plus will spin your articles, vid and images. Read reviews of them here and here.

Moved away from tools some time ago and hire staff to do it and work on web2 properties like gardeners. Then I rotate staff to work on other people's web2s. Gives them more versatility and increases seo traffic a lot.

look for Article Kevo..i used it in past and it did a very good job

I've been using SEnuke. There are very few things the script editor can't manipulate and I've found ways around most of them. Plus out of the box you can create/manage sites like Tumblr/Wordpress without creating custom scripts.
