Reddit has been pretty successful for me and I want to see how other people are using it to see if there is anything in my process I can optimize.

Tech: Multilogin, residential proxies (one per account), 6 aged accounts (10+ years), UpvoteShop

My ultimate goal is to drive traffic to my ecom site through niche-specific subreddits. I have a variety of ways I do this but here are two that have been working for me recently:

1. I post a "mail call" type photo of my products as if I was a customer who just received them. Then I use my alt accounts to comment on the post something to the effect of "where did you find ___ product?" This allows me to then link to my product page and it doesn't look spammy or unnatural since it appears that a legitimate account asked the question and I am simply responding to their request. This has worked very well for me recently.

2. I also created a subreddit related to products in my niche where I occasionally post links to my products but mostly post other stores' products (that I don't currently sell) so that the sub appears unbiased. It is similar to r/sneakers where people are constantly posting new drops when they are in stock. I have grown this subreddit by making memes/gifs and posting them in the main subreddit for my niche and promoting my sub in the comments. Redditors hate when you promote yourself so any time I have tried to promote my sub it always gets downvoted like crazy.

But again, if I use my other accounts to comment and ask something about my subreddit it will get upvoted instead. I get pretty creative about how I do this but an example would be commenting something like: "wait aren't you the dude who always posts on r/mysubreddit? Occasionally I will pay for like 10 upvotes on the comment just to make sure it starts trending in the right direction. Once people start downvoting everyone else follows suit; Reddit is weird like that. Most of my memes make it to the first page and I have gotten as many as 500 new subs from one comment in one post. And these are people who not only are interested in my niche but have buyer intent as they are subbing to a subreddit that is exclusively about the products that I sell.

These are two tactics that have been working well with me so I thought I would share them. I'd love to hear any other ways people have been making Reddit work for them by growing a subreddit, driving traffic, etc..

Here are a few questions I have to jumpstart the conversation:

- What proxy site and browser do you use for your accounts?
- How do your accounts interact with each other? Do you keep them totally separate or use them to upvote/comment on each other's posts?

Still working on my setup previously was using a basic system where I create mass accounts able to create more than 1k daily, I let them sit for a day or two then use them to upvote. This was working alright I would be able to get between 50-100 upvotes to register.

I have since stopped using it and am now using SMM panels while I build my new setup, manually creating accounts now and getting them good post/comment karma where I will then feed them into an upvote bot, I am not skilled at coding though, what I use gets accounts flagged too easily. Have logged into several of my old accounts and have noticed they have received mail from reddit about vote manipulation I have deemed it too risky to keep using them as they can easily be linked back to my subs.

I was using chrome browser and webshare proxies.

If anyone has a good reddit bot for upvotes which keeps accounts separated please lmk

Using blank accounts to upvote your posts will get you banned, no matter what bot you use.

Hey Bro, I'm on a similar boat as you. I used Multilogin with 911.re proxies, but honestly those proxys are really bad. I started creating new reddit accounts on mobile with fresh SIM cards and is working really well.

I commissioned a custom bot for Reddit that is working with MultiLogin and that is working very well for more than a year now.

Depending on your budget it's not the cheapest set-up though. MultiLogin runs €200/month, then you need 150 or so good quality Reddit accounts with karma as well as the proxies and the bot.

If you're not making at least mid 4 figures from your Reddit posting (or think you will) I wouldn't recommend it.

I would love to start a mastermind with other serious people who make a living from the businesses that they promote on Reddit. Maybe a Discord/Slack group. Let me know if you would be interested in that.
I appreciate you sharing your methods and I would probably be interested in your mastermind group, although I'm not fond of either Discord or Slack.

I would prefer Telegram or a regular old school forum, but I might join regardless where you set it up.
- What proxy site and browser do you use for your accounts?
SSL Private Proxies for proxies and MultiLogin with about 150 accounts for the browser. Then a custom bot that does the upvotes.
- How do your accounts interact with each other? Do you keep them totally separate or use them to upvote/comment on each other's posts?
I keep the accounts completely separate.

The bot also has a "passive mode" where the accounts go out and do random actions on various subreddits that I setup in the bot to make everything look more natural.

Built two accounts to 25k and 60k karma this month. Just created a subreddit and am looking to get serious about growing it/monetizing so I also interested in the mastermind!

It looks like you've got some good ideas. It would seem like having your own subreddit would be very advantageous, which you're already doing.

I'm not making a living with it yet, but I've been playing around with some Reddit accounts and I'll be interested in the mastermind group.

Always great to see others getting seriously invested in Reddit. I've got in excess of 150 live accounts of different ages and karma built on a variety of browsers and locations from a VPN.

What do you primarily use them for?

Super cool! Also interested in hearing more! how do you manage them?

A mix of using them to drive traffic to parasites before they're ranked fully in Google and direct affiliate links

I manage them manually. I'll set aside a few hours every week and go into each of them and post geninue content, not just promotional works.
It's not overly time consuming and it also bumps up the karma quite considerably. I just store all the details for them in excel.

Your method is actually a pretty good idea, since you can't just post a link directly in a subreddit normally. But it would be hard to get a lot of traffic wouldn't it?

Iv'e built a 1.2M NSFW subreddit created last year.
2 days ago it got shut down but i got my self mid 5 figures in the meanwhile.
I'll be glad as well to join your mastermind group if created, always nice to share some tips and ideas with fellas BHWers.
why would it get shut down? NSFW content is allowed but?
