I've been thinking a lot recently about what makes things difficult in my business. The things that hold me back from achieving a lot more, a lot faster.

For me, I think it's a reluctance to outsource. I'm getting over it though. I simply don't have the time to commit to doing things in house.

What is that holds your business back?
