What is your favorite Wordpress theme?

Most of us here use wordpress. I'm curious, when you set up a new website - what theme do you usually use?
I know it all depends on the niche, but there are a lot good general-purpose themes, suitable for more than one niche.

So, what's your favorite theme and why?
Do you like the layout, the functionality, seo optimization or what?

Maybe a bit oldschool now, but I still love the thematic theme. It has a ton of hooks and can be customised in just about any way you want, though it takes a little more PHP knowledge, when compared to newer flexible themes like DIVI or Avada.

Two classic themes. Free, but very usable.

I like to buy new themes at Themeforest and Mythemeshop for each site. Also there are some free themes that are still very good, but getting a premium theme and premium looks, good logo and real content makes your site perfect. It will pass manual review for sure...and side effect is that you also get visitors to your PBN sites which is great.

I've been digging Customizr lately. It can look really good if you tweak it well enough

I'll go with the Trim WordPress theme. Trim is simple, professional, versatile, and fast. It is a less stylistic, and lightweight design WP theme, but even though it's simple, the theme's simplicity comes with a sense of balance and crispness that is quite refreshing and btw, it is coupled with a bunch of great features.

I love it because it is a great theme that will prove useful for a variety of different websites and I've used it for so many times.

Enfold is by far the most user friendly theme I have ever found I'm certainly not a WordPress expert but I have spent a considerable time learning to use WordPress effectively, and this theme by far has been my favorite. There are a lot of nice looking themes, but I often find many of them to be somewhat difficult to customize on the back end, but Enfold's Avia layout editor makes every aspect of customization simple and it's very well built. It really is a one of a kind that offers endless possibilities from beginner to expert. Anyone here wanting to test it can do so.

Usually I build my own theme. In many cases I use the Twenty Eleven theme that WordPress has and then I'm creating a child theme in order to make the edits. I like this theme because it's flexible and clean.

In the cases that I want to build coupon sites I use the following free wordpress coupon theme - https://wordpress.org/themes/coupon/ (I also have the pro version)

When I want an adsense site, then I think that https://wordpress.org/themes/heatmap-adaptive/ is the best there is (also have a pro license)
