What is your favorite WP theme and plugin?

I started recently with WP and so far my favorite plugin is BuddyPress, I don't really have a favorite them yet. I guess the BuddyPress default theme is my favorite...

Make use of themes that are from elegantthemes named company. They would be the cheapest in the market. For a year it would be 39 dollars for 70 themes. They also have very nice set of themes. I cannot imagine myself without an all in 1 seo pack, socializer, pingback killer and ad square widget.

With some modification I like Bueno or even Western, when doing blogs. Just got into the e-commerce field so don't know about that one yet.

As for plugins, you gotta love Contact Form 7, TAC, W3 Total Cache.

gabfire's Advanced Newspaper theme, I love that one and built some sites over it, if you know how to customize, it looks pro man.
plugins are not a thing to be fond of for me, still like the seo search query 2 plugin, it helps in seo, a lot.

    hi..
Twenty ten is my best theme...b'coz...The 2010 theme for WordPress is stylish, customizable, simple, and readable make it yours with a custom menu, header image, and background. Twenty Ten supports six widgetized areas and featured images. It includes stylesheets for print and the admin Visual Editor, special styles for posts in the "Asides" and "Gallery" categories, and has an optional one-column page template that removes the sidebar.

I have built my own base theme that I start from, I tend to not like others themes due to all the bs that is in most themes.

On top of that, building it your self you get so much more control!

    -------

I have just signed up for wpMU.org and they have some of the best plugins out there, other than that Yaost does a damn good job.
