Not if you have a working method that can be mostly outsourced and generate passive income....in which case you will need some distractions and fun down time.

Pretty much anything I can get a good laugh out of. Used to watch all those shows like nightmare next door, Disappeared, Behind Mansion Walls and even Ghost Hunters. But after sometime I find that it puts a little bit of a gloom during my day to day activities.

You'll be surprised about how what you watch can affect your daily state of mind .
