I like Trezor , Ledger would be my 2nd choice, but also i love the simplicity (and price, free) of Electrum.

Hardware wallet are the safest bet, Ledger or Trezor. I am using Ledger and I'm happy with it.

I see a lot o people is using web wallet, my advice to you is to enable 2FA (with SMS or Google Auth, which is even better). If you're doing this, your funds will be more secured.
