Work
Lunch/Cat Nap
Work
Walk with Wife
Dinner/Watch TV
Work or Watch TV (depending on the mood)
Go to bed
Sleep

This will change after next week but leading up to dinner will be the same.

get up 10am, always best to avoid me in the morning [ bear with a sore head ] wife always avoids
me at least an hr, walk the dog. have some lunch. start product at 4pm finish at 11pm no exceptions.
done.

Wake up, do pee, make a coffee, go for a 30 min run, come back and shower. Go to office, computer on, check sites are ok, check sales etc. Turn on netflix, have tv in background while working. Have hour of exercise, other shower, have lunch, back to work, stop for dinner. Evenings vary, either work, go out, get drunk, watch movie etc, this is the part I like to try and mix up a little.

Either go to the gym or the archery range
Home to shower and off to work (Online Advertising for a Jewelry company)
After work I either go out to dinner (I love food) or go home and order/cook something.
Play video games or watch TV
