most of these plugins work good in begining and later on site becomes slow and they always ask for update.

I know every website has a different setup to make Rocket + Perf work correctly. But can you share me your favorite configuration? I also love the Perfmatters script manager, blocking out heavy JS/CSS files from pages that don't need it.
