What is your best source for good push/Pop/Banner Traffic?

Been in the game for a while now, and tried more than one traffic source:
Trying all sort of different traffic on different offers i have.
For push i have been doing multiple tests with AdMavn, Propeller, Rich push and Zero park. Those are my picks but does anyone have any more traffic sources, need to make some more green

For Pop, Mainly pop ads. Affordable and kinda good

But looking for more traffic source on more ad formats.

Any suggestions, My scope is mainly dating, Sweepstakes and some mobile content.
