What is your average reach per Facebook post?

I have 2 Facebook pages, both over 10.000 likes and both are active pages. Usually I get around 10% - 20% reach, but it really depends on how often you post and what you post. For example, if you make a post with an article that will take them out from Facebook, will have less reach, than a simple picture with a few words added to it. Or, if you post once a day, you will have less and less reach, while if you do it at least 3 - 4 times you might have chances to increase reach. Facebook has a big play in this, they tend to hide your post from users that liked your page, this way you will start promoting your FB page before it dies. Of course, this is not for all pages, some may actually grow very well, even without advertising.
So, in order to get 1000 clicks for one post I think you should have at least 50000 likes or more, but this will still not guarantee you exact 1000 click, it could be more or less. My best suggestion is to play around with the Facebook page a couple of weeks and see what works the best.

I get 5%. 1 in 100 posts or so does well and gets 10% but it's mostly around 5% per post.

Most of you are calculating the reach wrong.. you have to take the reach vs how many people are online at the time.. Not divided by the entire size.. I have page with 160k, 25k and one more and the reach is dependant on the post.. the CTR.. im getting nice at the posts.. so on the page with 160k i average about 60k-160k reach depending on likes and shares also.. content is key.. also a smaller page is easier to have better reach because you reach more people when your base is lower.. ive even had reach of 100k on mylikes links.. the thing is get to know your demographic.. look at all your posts that do well, and take mental notes on what material performs the best.. Then you can replicate the success over and over.. what i also do is as soon as i post.. i watch the ctr.. if i dont immediately get like 100 visits, i wait and check the ctr.. if my ctr is under 10%.. so thats less than 100 clicks per rpm.. then i delete it.. and find something better.

It depends on the type of post of course.

For me:
Videos get about 26% reach
Photos get about 16% reach
Solely text-based statuses get about 10% reach
And links get about 6% reach
