It depends on a alot of factors like country, Keyword Bid, etc., If you want to have CPC like 6$, 8$ etc., try ranking keywords like forex, payday, myeloma., this will pay you real good sometimes it can be 50$ per click as well.
I've done it in the past, But currently I get around 3-4$ per click on a different niche.

Login to Keyword Planner and export keywords that shows high competition and then import them into MOZ or Semrush, find the CPC > 2$. Export them to a text file.
Breakdown them down based on G competition and Rank the low competitive keywords and BANK!
