What is Wrong with YouTube??

I got Suspended from YouTube..
Then, I format the complete laptop, installed a new window, New Gmail, New YouTube..
Made a fresh Adsense Account.
New Internet connection, Uploading original videos. Still got suspended after 3 days.
What is the problem,
.. I was making a good income ..
But now,
unable to run channel with original content. any tip to start a new channel
