What is wrong with this Fiverr offer?

They say it right in the description - it's by using encoded words. If you were to type by hand any of the content into Google it would show up everywhere, but if you copy/paste it from the document they send you it will be unique because of the encoding. At least for now.

Its encoded lol. Only good for backlinking and article submissions. I thought there is a guy who is giving 17 articles too.
You should search by rating I think.
