Same thing, what is wrong with this fan page here?

Just 42 fans so far. No converts. I thought these kinds of offer easily go viral but it didn't.

I am now trying another offer. I hope it does better. I know I have negligible friends count but I wanted to do this differently and wanted the offer to go viral by the merits of it.

Please provide some useful suggestions.

The page doesn't have any viral features. Unless you are inviting hundreds of thousands a page like this won't really ever go viral. Also you should set the FBML tab as the default landing as not many people even notice the tab.

Virality:

The act of content on the web being spread by users sharing it, bringing new users to the original content and therefore adding additional utility.
 
You could do with the javascript "select all friends" code, and get people to invite their friends before visiting the page.

The offer says for USA only. If it is, or not (some say just USA but mean UK too) then this will ultimately exclude other countries.

"TEST and keep" Some people might not like the idea of having to "test" something, even though they will actually keep it (so its like getting a free TV..) I think "TV Giveaway" would be better.

Don't post any offers before your page exeedes 5k members.

Also, to get a page go viral, you need a catchy name with NO advertising in it whatsoever. There is too much of that shit all around facebook and other sites already, So grow a funny page to begin with, make a lot of people join, and monetize it later on.
 
Change landing page to FBML and it would be better if you added the steps: become a fan, suggest to friends.... and more catchy name.
thats just my opinion.
 
I tried to find that code everywhere but couldn't find it. In between I got the update that it no longer works but just today I saw this

I have now set the FBML tab as default one.

but I would really like if someone helps me with the code. I am willing to share 75% of revenue generated by using the code. I have got accepted into [ad sce n d med i a] but without the code I am just struggling.

Also, I don't know if anyone has noticed this, but the three step CPA promo code has a flaw. If someone clicks on invite friends and then cancels, the third step gets visible without any problem and the person can directly go to fill in the offer without inviting anyone.

Almost 14,000 people liked it or filled in the offer, so i would say that person made some damn good money with it !

I'm sure the person put this up is making some coin but who's to say that 14k people like it? Take a closer look at all of the links on that page. None of them are real except for the invite and the offer.

True, but it does say "13,782 people like this" which usually means they clicked the link and followed thru...

Ok, the joke is on me...I am new to facebook stuff, just learning...Now if you ask me something about CL, well thats a whole different game which i know pretty well....

I'd firstly at the very least invite aleast 15k people. Put yourself in the consumers shoes, likelyhood of winning large flat screen seems highly unlikely. Make it a more believable by using more believable products. Also what the guys said above about a incentive to invite more people.
