come on man, you have to know 10 clicks is certainly not enough to make a judgement off.

10 clicks is not enough to assess whether is working or not. Wait a few more days and/or a few hundred more clicks, then report back to BHW.
If it's been a couple of days and you're still around 10 clicks then reassess your niche and your methods of driving traffic.

Its all trial and error, I have 30 - 100 views per day and still no DL for 1 month now.

It is totally up to users if they want to complete a survey or not. You cannot predict any thing and with such a small traffic, you cannot expect to see some steady results. Scale up your traffic.

CR is typically normal at 2%. You'll get at least 2 conversions per 100 clicks. Now do the math with 10 clicks (and my dumb assumption is that they are uv's).

Like everyone has mentioned, you need way more traffic. You'll have to promote your site/video a lot more to get more traffic.
