That's the default message displayed on an Apache server when there's nothing in the web directory.
 
They have probably moved to a new server, or they've deleted (or are hacked) the webserver files.

But keep in mind that Apache is a file server, MySQL is a database server. So if they were hacked, they only have to put online a backup.. the database would be intact :)
