That's the default message displayed on an Apache server when there's nothing in the web directory.

It will go back up, this has happened alot to them.

They have probably moved to a new server, or they've deleted (or are hacked) the webserver files.

But keep in mind that Apache is a file server, MySQL is a database server. So if they were hacked, they only have to put online a backup.. the database would be intact
