What is wrong with IG like panels?

The only 2 like panes I have ever use for my clients Instant-fans and JustAnotherPanel are both down. At least the websites are not accessible, although it seems clients are still getting auto likes that were set up.

Does anyone know what is going on? Any suggestions on Other panels that are good so I can set up new clients with auto likes?

Can you open the website? For me it is not opening not with any browser not even on my phone.

My bad it opened fine with VPN, guess it is for some reason not available in my location.
