What is wrong with Google Ads?

If I were you I would forget using Ads and buy some organic traffic. It's cheaper for the bigger, more competitive keywords and easier (like you won't get banned and Google won't throw you back after stopping a campaign). It's disadvantage is the time (buying traffic is helpful, but takes more time to get visible results).

Your website content and ads are the issue. It looks Your niche is blacklisted by goo. Try creating accnt for white hat niche and see what happens

How does it end mate? Did you manage to get accounts going?
I have similar issues, even using cards with matching name and ZIP (both faked) doesn't help,
I have no idea what kind of info on payment Google is getting (maybe full adress, phone number etc?). Anyone can help?
I don't know if it's just me, but since the whole 3DS verification came in (or since April), I'm basically unable to create and keep account alive

Its been horrible. I used all my real cards and all accounts got suspious payment or circumventing. I dont know how to fix this. The bank will get suspicious if i keep asking for new cards.

Are you paying with a foreign currency when compared to your billing address/bank details? (example: billing country is United Kingdom but your trying to pay with US Dollars)

No i tried both ways- Canada/canada and Canada/us
They just keep blocking me
Bing also blocking my cards
I used Virtual box/ and new user multifox extentsion with different IPs
Nothing is working
Bing is suspending me after I add my card.
Honestly i just done know what to do.

Does anyone have a solution? My account got suspended out of nowhere after 3 years for suspicious payments? I have appealed a million times it's been almost 2 weeks smh

On 2nd appeal, it the reply says "we will not be reactivating ...", then indeed the suspension is final final ... and no point in appealing again. In your particular case, the only solution is a new fresh GAds account.

Thanks, I've read where some people have been able to get it reinstated even with that message, but I can try to make a new account

Not necessarily true, one account of mine was suspended for 3 years after numerous appeals then out of no where I appealed again after 3 years and it got reinstated. There's hope.
