These are hacked backlinks. Someone has used an exploit to get a webshell on a hosting account, and is using it to add links to prominent pages, usually hiding them from immediate view with CSS. It's not something you can discuss the mechanics of on this forum.

webshell backlinks usually come from compromised websites where someone gets unauthorized access and places links through the server those links are often hidden or added to pages without the site owners knowing the method involves hacking so not get into the steps for using it
