What is "web_form_type"?

I contacted PayPal about something earlier today and this information was automatically added to the bottom of my contact request:

"user_account_type: personal
user_device_type:desktop
user_customer_experience: personal
browser_type: DESKTOP
web_form_type:11084"

I searched it on Google as https://www.google.com/search?q="web_form_type" but I can't seem to figure out what it is, and why PayPal would want it (the latter isn't as important).

Searches for "web form" and "webform" bring up nothing but form structure and basic HTML tutorials. Anybody have an idea what this variable is, by what process it was obtained, and why PayPal or other websites would want it?

This has nothing to do with web (html). I think it's basic user info that is sent along with the message. They might need it for analytics or to see how the user sent the message. But PayPal is a big site they should not be using a method like this

But the variable means something. I've already ruled out that it's not a unique identifier, there's something more to it. Anybody else have a guess or answer?
