web2.0 is high page rank sites like squidoo , hubpage , blogger .. basically on those sites you can submit the article to promote your link.

Free CMS platforms where you can start a blog on their own domain are usually reffered to as Web 2.0s, the most popular ones are Wordpress, Blogspot, Livejournal, blog.com, tumlbr, squidoo and hubpages. I wouldn't reccomend using the last 2 because of the changes they've made the last couple of years.
