How much traffic do I need to get to have at least 200/300 customers?

You need to understand your website's conversion rate. For example, with a 2% conversion rate, you would need 10,000-15,000 visitors, while a 5% conversion rate would require 4,000-6,000 visitors. Need to increase your conversion rate with optimization strategies.

Market your products, promote your website is social medias, build guest posts backlinks. Do Ads, do partnerships and collaborations with influencers and email marketing

depends on...

- niche
- product / service (demand, quality, price, perks, support, etc)
- conversion rate

Buy some ads on a PPC network you trust and deliver 1000 clicks to your landing page and see how many customers you get. If out of 1000 clicks you get only 10 customers it means you have a 1% conversion rate and in order to get 200 / 300 customers you'd need to have 20k-30k traffic.

But this is generally speaking, because the other 2 aforementioned points still need to be considered as well. But at least you have a rough idea now

There's no magic formula for traffic to conversion ratio, it all depends on your industry, product/service, and avarage order value. Generally a conversion rate of 2% to 5% is good. With this conversion rate in mind you already know how much traffic you need on your website to meet your 200/300 conversions goal, as explained by others.

I believe you should focus on improving your conversion rate using CRO techniques. The higher the conversion rate the less overall traffic you'd need to achieve your goals.
