Hey guys,
happy new year, I hope it will bring much money to all of us :)

I've decided to invest few thousands of dollars in linkbuilding for my website. Website is 4 months old and already ranks well for some low competition keywords + long tails. I was wondering, what I have to do to start ranking for medium/high comp keywords? Yeah, that question sounds silly because you know nothing about my site, but question is meant to be "in general".

I'm thinking about buying 5-10 guest posts on PA50+ sites each month + manually outreaching other webmasters in my niche and trying to get some links that way. What do you guys think?

Best regards!

High quality content that intrigues your visitors, as well as a site that's well put together.

PBN's, and much more.
I already have high quality content, people often leave comments and share it to social networks.. But I'd like to take it step forward, you know.. Just wondering if guest posts on high PA sites is worth it?

Site is siloed, loads in 2.5 secs, mobile friendly.. I think that part is good.

Don't have any PBNs, but thinking about building 2,3..

Content Marketing is key.

And by that, I don't just mean writing blog posts and sharing it on Social Media.

Reach out to influencers. Mention top companies / influencers / brands, and tap them and get them to share your content. Hire some Reddit upvoters, hijack Facebook and LinkedIn groups related to your niche and share your content there as well.

Make sure you have an account and a link to your website on almost every major social media network there is. Try some video marketing on YouTube as well.

And like I said, don't just stick with articles. Do audio. Do a podcast. Submit it to multiple podcast websites, create a Soundcloud account and upload it there. Explore creating infographics and submit them to infographic sites too. Tap some marketers / brands in your niche and share the infographic with them and have them post it on their blogs/social media (they would love to do that).

Make some videos. Order some animation explainer video gigs on Fiverr. Push it to your blog, your YouTube channel. Create a variety of CONTENT in general.

It takes a lot of work, but eventually that strategy will strike gold for you. Content Marketing is the name of the game in 2016. Your goal is to be a media company no matter what niche you are in.

PROVIDE INFO. PROVIDE VALUE, AND YOU WILL GET VALUE BACK.

I have a question: I'm working with a medical sub niche and want to post blog posts on facebook pages similar to industry without looking obvious. What is the best way to go about this? Thanks and sorry to ask about something else, hope it doesn't offend.

Dude,
If your content is really genuine then it will surely go well and ranks well in 2016 too.... All the best buddy

Thanks for the tips. I really appreciate the tip about making the audio and have begun converting any of the applicable videos to audio interviews. I like your idea of reaching out to influencers, but is there a roadmap to achieve this best? Where do I begin with contacting people? When I've looked around it feels like I'm just shooting in the dark. Thanks again!

Build out a diversified link background with standard links like you find in packages here. Drip those in while you manually search out for networking opportunities with other site owners in your niche. Get do/follow links from those people in exchange for quality content. Trickle in private blog links with quality content.

At the top of that cake some parasites work! :)
