What is up with the search function lately?

Seems like the search is really crappy lately, was something changed or am I missing something? I'll search for exact thread titles that I know exist and won't find them, and I've tried with quotes too, and get the same results!

Oh and as an example a search for "rss" in all forums returns nothing?!
