Unmetered data transfer is an internet service plan that offers users the ability to transfer unlimited data without any extra charges or fees. This means that you can download or upload as much data as you want, without worrying about exceeding a data cap or limit.

so can any of you give me another meaning of Unmetered data transfer in your own understanding?

Unmetered data transfer refers to an internet service without restrictions on the amount of data you can send or receive, without incurring additional costs. You answered yourself.

This means you can use it as much as you like.
There is no need to monitor any limits, either upload or download.
Be sure to check if there is a fair use policy, many service providers offer unlimited but it falls within the Fair Use Policy.

you can connenct to a network connection and search, download, view videos with no limitation of the usage of traffic usually calculated every month by the ISP, feel it a little bit general but I always understand it like this.

Actually nowadays there are many hosting providers and companies that will advertise unmetered or unlimited bandwidth and also put up a small notice in their TOS about fair usage policy apply, that would mean if you really go beyond like 300TB on a 1GBPS uplink unmetered port, they will block your traffic and send you notice to upgrade your bandwidth and pay for it, if you really want a real unmetered bandwidth port, it can cost you quite a lot, though many times this tactic works even many companies share a single 1Gbps uplink port with different clients and provide them all with unmetered bandwidth.

So I would recommend you that if you are going to use intensive bandwidth resources always demand for a dedicated uplink port, as in shared it can hinder your upload and download usage, so with dedicated uplink and unmetered bandwidth the cost can go high, so either you can opt for a dedicated uplink with metered bandwidth like 100TB or if you have the budget then unmetered bandwidth on a dedicated uplink port can be fine too.

It means that you can, for instance, allow people to download huge files from your hosting without having to worry about transfer quota limitation. But do note it is a lie - you will find in their ToS the right to block you if you actually use more than what they think is probable. It's pretty much the same with "Unlimited hosting quota".

Unmetered data transfer is a type of hosting service that offers an unlimited amount of data transfer, allowing a website to receive and send an unlimited amount of data without incurring additional charges.
