Let me explain about threshold daily spending limit

threshold daily spend limit is a payment processing term that refers to the maximum amount of money that a merchant can be charged in fees on a given day.

This limit is set by the payment processor and is based on a variety of factors, including the merchant's industry, processing volume, and account history.

The threshold daily spend limit is the amount of money that the merchant is responsible for paying in fees, regardless of the actual amount of transactions processed on that day.

For example, if a merchant has a threshold daily spend limit of $10,000,

they will be charged a fee on that amount, even if they processed only $5,000 in transactions.

Knowing the threshold daily spend limit is important for merchants,

as it helps them to budget for and predict their payment processing costs.

It can also help to prevent unexpected fees and charges, as merchants can plan their transactions and payments to stay below the limit.
